20 Adults from the Forth Valley area came to Alloa East End Bowling Club in Alloa on Friday 27th May 2022 to compete in the 8th Annual FVDS Regional Lawn Bowling Championships for the opportunity to qualify for the Scottish Disability Sport National event in September.

The bowlers enjoyed a very competitive event with 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in each category received Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for their performances.

On behalf of FVDS many thanks must go to the Alloa East End Bowling Club for providing the excellent facility, Colin Blake for preparing the green and Ron McArthur for his help in organising the helpers and volunteers for the day. Thanks must also go to the umpires, officials and carers for their help and support on the day.
